A Modern Facility Still Had Hidden Energy Loss
The Provost Regional Activity Centre was built with modern systems and infrastructure, but utility bills still only showed high-level energy totals.
Staff had limited visibility into how systems were operating throughout the day, whether equipment runtime aligned with occupancy, or where unnecessary energy use was occurring.
Even in a newer facility, hidden inefficiencies and operational waste remained difficult to identify.
